So for air signs I still see a lot of success. Some are already there but I see y'all have been neglecting yourselves by overworking and mixed in things that no longer servers you. A quick fix is not the answer to the issue that have come into play. Realign yourself in to personal power. Tapping into your personal power will bring the end result of success you seek.
Some advice i would give is go within and face your fears, Allow everything that must end end so you can free yourself to a even better way of life. Remember you are not being denied anything your just freeing up space for the new. You have to forgive yourself! Give yourself more grace everyone makes mistakes the power comes in with what you do with that lesson. Don't let guilt consume you. Pay attention to your thoughts make sure they align with the plan of action. Sometimes we can get too entangled in our negative thought process we don't even realize it and end up being our downfall. Snap out of it you're great!! Create boundaries and know what to fight for or against. Great patience and discipline is needed.
